This telehealth service is available to both new and existing patients. We will bill your insurance provider for your telehealth visit, just as we do for an in-person visit, and your coverage should be identical.

How do I get prescriptions following a telehealth appointment?
New York Gastroenterology Associates can send your prescription to any pharmacy of your choosing. If you prefer your prescription to be delivered to your home, please be sure to sign up for services like Capsule and CVS Home Delivery.
What if I want to have an audio-only (i.e. telephone) appointment?
